Environmental Protection Agency Recognizes Globe Lithographing for “Green” Power Purchase
Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, June 11, 2007: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recognized Globe Lithographing as an EPA Green Power Partner for its purchase of renewable energy. Globe Lithographing has purchased more than 834,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) of green power, representing 100 percent of the company’s annual purchased electricity use. Globe Lithographing is purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) in the form of wind power from Community Energy, a leading national green power provider that is building the market for clean and renewable sources of energy.
